Employees Background Check
Because of the change of our educational system from the traditional one to the K+12, many teachers from the private schools were now hired to the public schools. My mom who works as the Principal of a Korean International school (a private school) finds it hard to employ new teachers especially that those who worked with their school for quite a long time already decided to transfer to the public schools and were already hired.
